Booking & payment: Confirmed only after full payment is verified. Seats are first-paid, first-confirmed.

Cancellation: 14+ days before the tour may receive a partial refund (less non-refundable costs). Less than 14 days is generally non-refundable. Transfers to another person require written approval no later than 72 hours before departure.

Tour changes: Itinerary, times, or attractions may be adjusted for weather, roads, security, or directives beyond our control.

Responsibilities: Arrive 30 minutes early; follow coordinators; respect people and places; keep spaces clean.

Health & belongings: Disclose medical needs at registration. You are responsible for medications, children in your care, and personal belongings.

Media: Photos/videos may be used for promotion unless you notify us in writing before the tour.

Conduct: Fighting, illegal drugs, disruptive behaviour, or excessive alcohol that endangers others is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.
